The warmth of Indus is palpable as soon as you step inside. The full bar offers a range of beverages perfect for pairing with your meal, while complimentary Wi-Fi keeps you connected. But let’s talk about the star of the show: the food.
The menu boasts a variety of tantalizing dishes that showcase the depth of flavor you can expect from authentic Pakistani and Indian fare. From succulent kebabs to fragrant biryani, every bite tells a story steeped in heritage. My heart raced with delight as I sampled their Chicken Biryani—a fusion of perfectly cooked aromatic rice and tender meat, delicately spiced to perfection. Each mouthful was a dance of flavors, making it clear that the chefs at Indus are artisans of their craft.
Don't miss their Seekh Kebabs, either! Grilled to smoky perfection, these skewers are bursting with spices that take your taste buds on a journey to the streets of Lahore or Delhi. You can't go wrong with the Naan Bread, fluffy and warm, perfect for scooping up every last bit of flavorful curry.

I have only been twice here and I would just like to say the food was perfect you get a decent portion as well. Just the other day I had a Special Balti (£7.50) it was perfect I know it all depends sometimes on what you get but that first time was great as well. I will be definatley be coming again. I think that they could do with some bulbs though as when it's dark people may only be able to see the two only letters that was liten up which would be 'US' instead of 'INDUS' lol Highly recommended.

Lovely owners and staff. Food freshly cooked. Very good prices. An old favourite

This place has been here for over 20 years and generally over that time it has created a regular following with its reasonably authentic food and friendly atmosphere. It also has a private party room which we used recently, probably around 30-40 people could fit in the private room, it has a seperate bar and toilets from the downstairs. Ideal venue for a private function but no dance floor room if you wanna go that way. You could use this place after meadowhall or the arena it opens around 6pm until around 12.30pm weekdays and 1pm+ at weekends, no lunch except by arrangement. The food can be really nice here, i'm allergic to chicken so can't comment on those types of dishes but lamb/vegetarian/seafood spot on usually. Pricing is middle of the road and quite easy to get to and free parking.
